Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) — Dukovany

To mark the official beginning of the geological and geotechnical fieldwork for the construction of two new nuclear units, we engineered a high-security, state-level launch platform at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. The project successfully managed top-tier international diplomacy and strict technical safety protocols, turning a raw industrial site into a premium, world-class ceremonial stage.

The Challenge

Transforming an Active Nuclear Construction Site under Elite Security

The core operational challenge was a massive environmental contrast: transforming a raw, dusty, and active nuclear construction site into an elite, premium VIP venue within a tight 30-hour window. Because the event hosted high-level international dignitaries, all operations had to seamlessly embed strict diplomatic standards and rigorous safety regulations. Every detail required absolute compliance with nuclear facility laws, demanding a zero-incident execution model under state police supervision, without disrupting the ongoing strategic preparation of the site.



The Solution

Flawless Protocol Management and Heavy Industrial Infrastructure

We delivered a full-scale experiential and infrastructural production, building a highly secure and premium environment directly at the borehole site from scratch.


  • Ceremonial Production & Media Infrastructure: We designed and deployed the official "Commencement Ceremony of Detailed Site Investigation" platform. This included setting up specialized professional multi-camera broadcasting arrays, dedicated press zones, and on-site technical control rooms to manage immediate media pipelines. The event achieved massive global and local reach, generating over 25 placements, including live national TV broadcasts (ČT24) and extensive coverage in top South Korean industrial and economic press (Aju Business Daily).

  • State-Level VIP Protocol & Logistics: High-level diplomatic standards were integrated into every touchpoint. We managed secure transit corridors, ceremonial white gloves, and premium red carpet arrival zones backed by full venue sweep logs under strict State Police supervision. Special private VIP spaces were built to host the Czech Minister of Industry & Trade, the CEO of KHNP, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, and senior management from ČEZ, ensuring flawless hospitality and a successful official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
