Cheil Worldwide continues its Rookie of the Year initiative, recognizing outstanding emerging talent across the international Cheil network. This year, Cheil Ukraine is proud to celebrate not one, but two award recipients: Oksana Shkarupa, Senior Copywriter, and Anna Pashynska, Copywriter, who have both been named Rookie of the Year 2025.

This achievement follows another milestone for the agency: in 2024, Digital Copywriter Margaryta Lisova also received the Rookie of the Year award. With three winners across two consecutive years, Cheil Ukraine continues to demonstrate the strength of its creative talent and commitment to nurturing them.
