Dating among Gen Z is in decline. Even dating platforms have reported this new trend. But what if Gen Z is not the problem? A study from The Harris Poll conducted in 2024 has noted that “81% of Gen Z and 78% of Millennials experience Tech Fatigue which makes them want to disconnect from their devices.” So, this February, on Valentine’s Day, we brought love back in an unexpected way.
Solution
We gave younger generations a true love – a love that breaks away from tradition and makes them say Yes to themselves. All made official with the only ring that really cares about you: the Samsung Galaxy Ring.
Result
Our first TikTok post got 15.000 organic views overnight. We created a special WhatsApp Group & chatbot for people to tell their self-love stories, share the care, and connect with influencers that like them decided to say Yes to themselves. As such, our influencers got to share what healthy love means for them. With a combined multichannel reach of 11.7M we delivered a 95% increase versus the 6M set target. Engagement went up by 1.6 compared to our 200K target, totaling to 535K engaged users. And our channel chatbot got 900 interactions in just 2 weeks beating the 500-set target by 90%.
