Profi

Background​
Profi is a Romanian supermarket chain that is always present in big city neighborhoods and even smaller villages. So, when we were tasked to bring more traffic on both their app and their locations, we went with a lateral yet emotional solution: collectible pets.​

Solution​
At least 45% of Romanians’ households have dogs or cats as pets. They are more than pets, they are family. And as the story goes, cats and dogs are enemies. However in this new integrated campaign, Profi imagined them as cute Frenemies. They might have their differences, but they also can become friends. We turned Frenemies into collectible toys, digital and real stickers for people to collect and bring both kids and parents back to Profi​

Result​
The campaign succeeded in surpassing objectives beyond the threshold in terms of turnover and average basket size.
